Classic Game Room HD reviews GRAVITON for iPod Touch and iPhone. This game uses the accelerometer in your iPod or iPhone to tilt and glide the space ship (or space tug boat) through tight spaces in a post-apocalyptic world with a giant bomb like powered thing attached to it! Beware of lava, banging into things and being crushed. This CGRHD review of Graviton for iPod has gameplay from Graviton which is a video game app available at iTunes, published by Chillingo. Nice art design, graphics and music round out this sci-fi game with tilting controls which is really aimed at fans of tilt and glide accelerometer based iPod games. I wish it would have buttons but the whole point is to gently glide your ship through tight spaces and solve a few puzzle like situations along the way.

Classic Game Room HD reviews PARACHUTE PANIC for the iPod Touch and iPhone. Remeber Sky Diver, Lunar Lander and other classics from Atari 2600 and arcade days from the 70’s and 80’s? The gameplay of Parachute Panic will look mighty familiar to you then… Parachute Panic! Ahhhhhh! Someone threw me out of a f’n plane into a sea of sharks!!! WTF!? This CGRHD review of Parachute Panic has gameplay footage from Parachute Panic on iPod Touch and iPhone. Use your finger to control the wind around a parachutist / skydiver and guide him safely onto a container ship without being devoured by sharks, blended by helicopters, abducted by aliens or electrocuted. Stick figure animations may come and go but they are simple and fun, you can’t argue that. Complete with an analog guitar sountrack instead of techno (although I prefer Techno like Kryzer Prologue) Parachute Panic privides affordable hours of fun classic gaming for fans of this style. Classic Game Room HD reviews the 32GB iPOD TOUCH handheld thingy that does lots of stuff and plays video games. The Apple iPod was originally intended for music, then video, then phones and now video games! Love it or hate it, the iPod has a long life ahead of it and is going face to face with the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP in the handheld video game market. Thousands of games, lower priced games starting at .99 cents and loads of quality titles available as app downloads from iTunes make the iPod touch a pretty cool machine to have. It may cost a lot but the games are so much cheaper than in the end you’ll probably save money with an iPod for gaming. Although it was not designed specically for video games developers have found ways to make it work. Touch screen controls, tilt controls and motion controls can all be used to make some really neat Atari-era style arcade inspired games. Classic gamers and retro gamers alike can find many affordable video game apps at the iPod iTunes store to download. The iPod Touch (or iTouch) is veyr similar to the iPhone except it is not a phone, which I think is a good thing. I hate expensive phones. iPod touch is not for everyone but it is a good alternative for wifi internet, email, video games, movies and music on the go. This Classic Game Room hardware review looks at the new 32 GB iPod Touch iTouch handheld Apple thing that plays video games and more. The iPod touch is worth a look for classic gamers looking for gaming on the go.
