Classic Game Room HD reviews CALL OF DUTY 2 for Xbox 360 (also on PC). Call of Duty 2 is developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision, it takes place during World War 2 and features several characters from the allied perspective. You play as a Russian, British soldier and American and fight wave after wave of Nazis in dozens of intense battles across the globe. Massive in size and scope, COD2 has an immense single player campaign that is both challenging and exhilerating with constant, non stop gunfights and some vehicle levels. Duke it out across deserts, wrecked cities and through France during the D-Day operation, this early release for the Xbox 360 was a pretty heavy hitter as far as first person shooters go. Extremely affordable today and overshadowed by its younger sibling, COD4 Modern Warfare, Call of Duty 2 should not be overlooked by fans of action games, FPS shooters and WW2 video game enthusiasts. Use a clever variety of weapons in creative levels that keep the game fresh and interesting from beginning to end. The storyline is sub-par but the replay value due to the amazing level design is high, and that’s what really stands out with this game. Awesome levels, techo style music and lots of cool futuristic weaponry make this an easy game to drop $5 on and add to your collection.

Take control of boats in this seafaring RPG adventure style game where you can do good or terrorize the seas without mercy. Age of Pirates 2 gameplay shows naval combat, swordfighting and prostitution. The 1600′s were awesome! The boats can be repaired with money earned trading or pirating. Equip cannons and various ammunition types to blow enemy frigates to bits. Sail through storms and hire a crew. Age of Pirates 2 is a somewhat slow paced game compared to most action and arcade titles reviewed here, but it may appeal to fans of naval adventure games and RPG titles. This first person shooter has a multiplayer style even in single player mode and sticks with the dark, dismal feeling of the Punisher comic book series. Unlock weapons and abilities, earn Punisher No Mercy PS3 Playstation 3 trophies (the Punisher game has PS3 trophy support). Play multiplayer deathmatch and team games on Playstation network, The Punisher No Mercy can be downloaded from the Playstation Network store for an affordable price. It is a fairly standard game for the most part and should appeal to fans of shooters with health packs and armor power ups (rather than just regenerating). If you like Goldeneye and Time Splitters you may dig this game because of the constant search for health to stay alive. Classic Game Room HD reviews TRANSFORMERS REVENGE OF THE FALLEN for Nintendo Wii. It’s like the Bumblebee of Transformers video games. It should just transform into a car and drive itself off a cliff. Less than meets the eye kids, less than meets the eye. Buy or rent the AWESOME Transformers Revenge of the Fallen for Xbox 360 or PS3 and avoid this one. In an odd twist of fate (even odder than robots adopting the form of cars and school busses) the Transformers 2 video game has numerous versions… the Xbox 360 and PS3 version, two Nintendo DS versions and this mess on the Nintendo Wii. Sloppy controls, poor graphics and lackluster gameplay make this Transformers game the one to miss. This CGRHD review of Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen for Wii has gameplay footage from Transformers 2 on Wii showing the video game being played. Play Autobot and Decepticon, both (you can’t choose like you can in the 360 version) and play through a variety of mission types where the camera angles add confusion to what could have otherwise been a straight forward punch and shoot brawler.
