Classic Game Room HD reviews CALL OF DUTY 4 MODERN WARFARE for PS3, also on Xbox 360. COD4 Modern Warfare is one of the most popular video games ever created and for good reason, you get a lot of game with this game! An awesome fantasty based James Bond adventure-style single player campaign where you have to stop a group of tyrants from destroying the world. COD 4 has an amazing ortment of modern weapons including the MP5 and Javelin. The frantic battle scenes and attention to detail that are in COD2 and 3 are back with a suitable amount of ferocity and overall gameplay is superb. This CGR review of Call of Duty 4 has gameplay from COD4 showing the game play during this video game review of COD 4 Modern Warfare, developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. Being that this is one of the most popular games ever made means that there are millions of people playing multiplayer deathmatch, team death match and other games online. PS3 Playstation Network performance was smooth and free of lag or complications. The XBLA Xbox 360 version is supposed to be well done too (we didn’t check that version though). The COD4 Game of the Year Edition also has a fun arcade mode where you can play through missions in the game to earn arcade-style points and rack up a huge multiplyer by playing well and wasting bad guys. Good times packed into one COD4 game disc here, good times… It’s just too bad it’s not on the Vectrex.

The difference though is developers. I trust Infinity Ward will deliver. Treyarch are good but are not on the same caliber.

cod 4 and cod5 were great games but cod4 should have been world at war and cod5 should have been modern warefare so then u would have a good order to lead up to call of duty 6 mw2

on bad thing I can say about cod 5 is they brought back vehicle, which although they did make them harder to use and on less maps than in cod 1. It still kinda ruined a portion of the game because of that factor.
Just don’t be like Jetfire and judge a game before it comes out (mw2). I remember thinking that cod 3 was going to be the greatest and we all know how that turned out.

Well arguing which is better would be subjective. I find the maps, gameplay, guns and overall fun better in cod4 but I’m sure you’d say the same about cod5. All I can say is cod4 was generally a better received game by both gamers and critics.

How is it better? explain to me, it has everything cod 4 had and more. + they dimmed down unfair classes and now it has bolt action which holds to cod’s true fans that actually want to have skills to play.

its a decent game. Campaign wasn’t to great and multiplayer was pretty fun. What I don’t get is why people think it is better than cod 5. Better campaign and same multiplayer except better maps.

God call of duty4 …
God call of duty4 bores me so much now. Im not even that hyped about MW2. ive already made two accounts and both times ive become a lvl55 golden cross. The maps are so redundent and the weapons bore me. the people that play are so predictable. I just recently stopped playing becuase of the UFO glitch everyone started using which ed me off. all i want is uncharted2 God of war 3 and especially heavy rain
