It is simple but extremely subtle and it takes a long time to get the hang of it. But it's worth it, because it is the most beautiful, amazing dance that was ever invented. Look for Tete Rusconi, Ricardo Vidort, or Ruben Harymbat on YouTube. It may not look like much, but the invisible stuff within the embrace, and the music, is all that matters. I'm taking ballroom right now and we learn a lot of different ballroom and Latin dances. You could try to find a studio that has both. If you really want an opinion on which you should take, I personally like Salsa better just because I think it's more fun.
