Very famous latin dance (samba, salsa?) music video of the 80s’? help!?

Can anyone tell me the name of the artist or the song. It may also have been from the early 90s. The video is about this samba bar (I say samba because i thiiink it’s brazil, but i could be wrong, and it may be salsa or other popular style of dance) on the beach, and the cute waiter (who is about 10) falls for this girl with long hair (she is also about 10-11) and they start dancing. it’s a cute video!! It was a very popular latin pop song! help! thanks 
It is Brazil. the song is not samba it’s lambada.
